Holy shit! It's been ages since I've last written. I'm doing ok. I'm still sober - that makes it 3 months. Gods only know how I've managed that. My anxiety and depression are through the fucking roof! I don't know why. I'm glad I see my psychiatrist and therapist this week. Physically, I'm feeling ok except I had a stomach virus last week. I stayed home on Wednesday since I spent the night before puking my guts out. Yuck! I've also been having panic/anxiety attacks out the wazoo. I went to the mall on Saturday and bought some shower gel at Bath and Bodyworks. Ok, I gotta say it: GO EAGLES!!!!!
